About Danielle Serpico...
Author of the 'Blackbelt Mastermind', Get the mind set of a winner and win in life!
Creator of the 'M.A.S.T.E.R. SystemTM
With over twenty years experience in business, dealing with people and teaching them how to get the most out of their interaction and communication, Danielle can help you to motivate yourself or your clients to reach their full potential.
As a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate, she has trained under her instructor Alan Ellis
(3rd Degree IKA and LTKKA Certified) for the past 12 years.
Danielle has trained and studied with many of the best, including;
10th Degree Grand Master, Tommy Jordan the first black Belt in Europe under John McSweeney who was one of Ed Parkers first Black belts, the founder of Kenpo Karate.
10th Degree Grand Master Larry Tatum, Ed Parkers protege and best student,
and the late Erle Montague, Taichi Grand Master and the only Westerner to ever receive Master status.
With such a strong and credible lineage, it is no wonder she is a Gold and Silver European Champion.
More importantly, she learnt the physical and mental steps necessary to progress her art and her study.
She learnt how to self motivate, concentrate, build her confidence and follow through with her goals.
She also learnt later, through hours of teaching Martial arts, Self Defense classes and Confidence building and Motivational Workshops, how pertinent the teaching 'style' is to what the student would assimilate.
She has learnt that the words she used and the way she used them could have dramatically different results in the absorption of information and the frame of mind and retention of her student.
As a Master Neuro Linguistic Practitioner & Trainer, Danielle believes that what we say both to ourselves and others can dramatically affect what you think and what you do.
When we communicate with others, our language ( ie; the words we use) make up only about 7% of what the receiver actually takes in. The rest is made up of our body language, facial expressions, gestures, as well as tone, pace and fluctuations in our voice and much, much more. Knowing this and using it more advantageously can have dramatic results.
In the same way, how we 'talk' to ourselves, our internal dialogue, will also affect how we think and behave.
As Richard Bandler, co-founder of NLP likes to say, " Disappointment requires adequate planning."
What this means is whether we have a positive or negative feeling, we may have somewhat set this reaction up for ourselves. The same way as if we feel good and look forward to something, to do that, we have to imagine a positive outcome.
With more awareness and knowledge of how we communicate, we can effect positive changes in our personal goals and aspirations, business plans and our lives. Better thinking and communication, both internal or external,
can only propel you forward to better success.
